Very happy with my Maui pen! I emailed to ask if they would look at all the pens and help me pick rhe reddest one. And they did! They sent me pics and let me pick one! We did have a slight mishap of getting sent the wrong size nib. (Likely because I pick my pen so they needed to switch the nib.) But they were super easy to message and arrange an exchange with. I highly recommend them as a company.
