I got this pen when Truphae was at the Ohio Pen Show. Immediately, I was drawn to the deep amethyst color. Admittedly purple is my favorite color and Omas’ deep amethyst is as close to the perfect shade of purple as one can get. The gold accents complements the purple perfectly. I ended up getting a fine nib and I’m happy with it. It writes smoothly and consistently. The Bologna has heft without being heavy because it is nicely balanced. Chris and Cary were amazing to talk with about pens and all the current trends. I could not be happier.
